Lauren Williams - BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP MACP
Lauren qualified from the University of Brighton in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy.
In 2017, Lauren achieved a Master’s degree with Distinction in Manual Therapy from Coventry University. This has enabled her to go on and work as a clinical specialist within the NHS. She has also been granted admittance to the prestigious Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).
She has gained substantial experience in many areas of MSK pathology, including ante-natal assessment & treatment for Pelvic Girdle Pain (formerly known as SPD). Lauren is also particularly interested in tendinopathy management, upper limb problems and neck pain.
Lauren’s approach to physiotherapy has always been to ensure that each person receives a tailored individual rehab approach that suits them, their goals, their lifestyles & expectations. She has always been dedicated to continuing professional development to be able to educate, advise, treat & ultimately improve quality of life for people in pain.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking, yoga, weightlifting, and anything that involves being outdoors! She also plays football for Leamington Womens football team
