Company Background
We are a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice offering a high quality patient-centred physiotherapy service. We have a ‘hands-on’ approach to treatment and utilise evidence-based practice to optimise recovery. We are a small team and aim to provide an excellent working environment. We offer annual CPD budgets, paid administration breaks, regular social events and much more. We aim to offer you personal and professional growth within the company. Our Caseload is self payers or private medical insurance. We do not have any contracts with medico-legal companies. We have occupational health contracts with some large local companies and work alongside Rugby School to offer Physiotherapy to their sports scholars. We have three clinics in Rugby and Coventry and the role will likely be split between these sites and our off site contracts. We have a fully equipped fitness studio for rehabilitation and we also provide exercise classes and personal training from this area. You will have admin support from our practice manager.
Role Responsibilities
Successful candidates will work in the practice, assessing and treating a caseload of private and medical insurance clients. Regular CPD, mentoring and in-house training will be offered for successful candidates to help develop and improve their skills. 
Skills Desired
A degree in Physiotherapy and relevant clinical experience -Minimum of 2 years experience and clear evidence of a special interest in MSK - HCPC and CSP registered. - Excellent communications skills - Excellent organisations and administration skills - A good team player.
Working Hours
We are ideally looking for a full time candidate, however, part time can be considered for the right candidate. The hours can be flexible but will include one evening clinic and 1/4 Saturday afternoons. Full time hours are 37.5. Employed and salaried.
Candidates must have a UK working visa.
