Adam James

Physiotherpist

Adam graduated from University College Birmingham in 2025 with a degree in Physiotherapy and is a fully registered member of both the Health and Care Professions Council (PH153110) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (126288).

He has a strong interest in rehabilitating recreational sportspeople, helping them return to the activities they love through evidence-based, tailored exercise programs. Adam is particularly passionate about building his clinical skills and continuing to develop as a physiotherapist, with a focus on delivering effective and patient-centred care.

Outside of the clinic, Adam is a keen motorcycle racer, competing at events across the UK and internationally. His experience in motorsport gives him unique insight into the physical demands of high-performance activity and the importance of injury prevention and recovery.
