Small Group Pilates Classes
Our group Pilates classes are limited to nine participants per session to ensure individual attention and proper form. Classes are held in our newly renovated Rugby studio and led by qualified therapists who can adapt each exercise to your needs and goals
1:1 and 1:2 Pilates Sessions
For a more personalised approach, we offer private 1:1 or 1:2 Pilates sessions with our physiotherapists and sports therapists. These sessions begin with a detailed assessment to identify your goals, areas of weakness, or specific injuries.
We then create a tailored programme to help you build strength, correct movement patterns, and progress safely.
Our therapists provide ongoing guidance and posture re-education throughout, ensuring you get maximum benefit from every movement.
