BSc (Hons), MCSP

Physiotherapist

Jess graduated from Coventry University with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2024. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (PH14446) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (Membership No. 121984).

Since graduating, Jess has gained valuable experience working within the NHS as a Junior Physiotherapist, primarily in musculoskeletal services. This role has provided her with experience treating a variety of injuries and conditions.

Alongside her NHS work, Jess has supported athletes through her involvement with a local rugby team and a variety of sporting events. This includes being a part of the physiotherapy team at the World Table Tennis Championships 2026, helping athletes manage injuries and optimise recovery.

As a keen runner, Jess understands first-hand the challenges that injuries can bring. Having experienced both minor setbacks and more significant injuries herself, she appreciates not only the physical demands of rehabilitation but also the psychological impact of injury. This personal experience has fuelled her passion for helping people return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys keeping active. During her own injury recovery, the spin bike quickly became her best friend, and she has since developed a love for hiking. Recent achievements include climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) and tackling challenging routes throughout the Peak District.

Jess combines her professional expertise with personal understanding to provide tailored treatment plans centred around your goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or looking to improve your physical health, she is committed to supporting you through every step.
