Physiotherapy can help with elbow pain, including tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendon pain, sports injuries and pain linked to work or daily activities.
Are you Struggling with Elbow Pain?
Elbow pain can affect far more than sport. It can make gripping, lifting, carrying, typing, driving, training and everyday tasks uncomfortable.
At LMC Physio & Fitness in Rugby, we can help you understand what is causing your elbow pain and provide a clear plan to get you back to normal activity.
What is Elbow Pain?
Elbow pain can affect the tendons, muscles, ligaments, joints and nerves around the elbow and forearm. It may come on suddenly after an injury, or gradually due to repeated gripping, lifting, racket sports, golf, gym training or work-related tasks.
Two common causes of elbow pain are tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow. Despite the names, you do not have to play tennis or golf to develop these problems. They are often linked to irritation or overload of the tendons around the elbow.
A physiotherapy assessment can help identify the cause of your pain and guide the right treatment for you.
