BSc Sports Conditioning and Rehabilitation MSc Physiotherapy
Physiotherapist
Josh first qualified from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2021 with a BSc in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. He went on to complete his MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Northampton, all while gaining hands-on experience with local rugby and football teams across Northamptonshire.
After graduating, Josh jumped straight into the world of professional football, where he developed a deep understanding of high-level rehabilitation, injury management, and performance optimisation. Alongside his clinical work, he has provided bespoke online rehab and strength & conditioning programmes, helping people of all abilities manage injuries and move better for the long term.
Josh has a particular passion for sports injuries, post-operative rehab, and long-standing aches and pains. His approach isn’t just about easing pain – it’s about helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body. He looks at the bigger picture, focusing not only on the site of pain but also how your whole body moves and functions, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored just for you.
Outside of the clinic, Josh enjoys CrossFit, summer walks, a round of golf with friends, and chilling out with his cat, Evie.
Josh is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
